Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless canceled prior to renewal.

Roofbots does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free performance, or complete accuracy of AI outputs. You acknowledge that AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies or omissions, and you agree to verify critical information independently.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roofbots, its officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
Errors, inaccuracies, or downtime of the Service.
In all cases, Roofbots’ total liability shall not exceed the total fees you paid within the three (3) months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
Both parties have the right to terminate this Agreement at any time.
By User: You may cancel your account or subscription at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support.
By Roofbots: We may terminate or suspend access immediately for any violation of these Terms, failure to pay, or unlawful activity.
Upon termination, access to the platform will cease, and any unpaid amounts will remain due.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt mediation first before pursuing any formal legal action or arbitration.
If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, unless the matter qualifies for small claims court. Each party shall bear its own costs unless otherwise required by law.
